We have added precautionary measures, so please allow an additional 2-7 business days from shipping date, depending on delivery location for order to be processed and completed.

  • METRO AREAS (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart): 2 – 7 business days.
  • NON-METRO AREAS: 3 – 10 business days.


You can expect to receive your order overnight for metropolitan areas and up to 4 days for regional areas as per Australia Post guidelines.
Please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders are shipped from our premises the next business day.

Shipping fee

We calculate domestic and international postage via Australia Post and costs will vary depending on location, size and weight. Please add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address to see a postage calculation.

We do our best to post orders on the day you have placed your order however please allow 2 working days for orders to be sent out.

You will receive a notification once your order has been sent with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Standard and Express orders are shipped via courier, except where an order is too large and needs to be shipped via transport company. *Please see ‘Bulky Items’ section.

Standard orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days of order receipt.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.
  • If you are not at your place of residence during the hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address. This is important for most deliveries, which require a signature upon receipt.
  • Once shipped a tracking number will be issued to the email address provided which will enable you to track the progress of your order. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
  • As we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible, there may be times where we are unable to ship all items within the same delivery. Please check your dispatch email for information about whether items will be dispatched together or separately.
  • Though the Maison de J team does its utmost to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location and order size will also impact on the speed of delivery. Whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by assisting where possible, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier company.

  • Delivery of items outside Australia may be liable for additional duty and customs charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be accepted by the recipient. Maison de J has no control over these charges and they are a reflection of the customs and policies held by the final destination country. In the event that an item requires returning, we will be unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.
  • Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
  • Orders are dispatched within 7-14 days and tracking will be provided directly to you.
  • Generally, orders will be received within 20 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
  • Items shipped internationally are NOT insured against loss or damage – unless stated otherwise. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by the chosen courier company as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • There may be delays during promotional periods, sales and over holiday seasons.
Click and Collect

If you would like to pick up your order from 1/12 Penllyne Ave Vermont 3133 Victoria Australia, please select ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout. This will remove the shipping cost and we will put it aside for you to collect during our business hours (Monday to Friday 10am-4pm except public holiday) Require

Please pick up your items within 30 days of your purchase otherwise email us to arrange postage.

Bulky Items
  • About 5% of the range are considered bulky items. Due to the weight and/or size of these items, freight is calculated at checkout based on dimensions, weight, and your destination.
  • Free shipping and International Flat Rate shipping do therefore not apply.
  • Bulky items are dispatched 2-7 business days from the date of order placed.

해외사이트에서 결제, 배송되는 모든 제품에 대해서는구매금액과 상관없이 개인통관고유번호의 입력이 필수이므로, 미 기입시 통관이 지연되고, 배송진행에 어려움이 있을 수 있습니다. 
개인통관 고유번호 는 관세청 공식홈페이지에서 회원가입없이 간단하게 발급이 가능 하오며 세관 오류시 한국 032-745-9428 로 연락하셔서 수정하시면 됩니다.
만약 주문자와 수취인이 다를시에는 반드시 제품을 받는 사람, 즉 수취인개인통관 고유번호를 기입해 주시길 바라며, 수취인의 개인통관 고유번호가 잘못 기입되면 
주문자에게 관세청 창고료 및 보관료가 청구 되오니 이 점 유의하시길바랍니다. 개인통관 고유번호 미기재로 발생하는 불이익에 대해서는 Maison de J 에서 책임지지 않습니다.
